Bamboo Hut

This is a bamboo hut made from bamboo sticks and raffia pollot. This house is made from 20 cm and 15 cm bamboo sticks joined with this rope and raffia pollot.

The stick at the top of the house is 20 cm and the two sticks on the roof edges are 15 cm.

It might be better if you do this project with someone to hold the sticks as you wind the rope or raffia pollot around the sticks.

When I was making this house I was not sure how it will turn out. I think it turned out well.

Supplies

Tools: saw, scissors, ruler.

Materials: bamboo sticks, thin rope or raffia pollot.

Optional tools: vice.

Step 1: ​Cut Seven 20 Cm Size Bamboo Sticks

Cut seven 20 cm size bamboo sticks with a saw.

6 for the house walls and one for the roof.

You can use a vice to hold the bamboo stick. Be gentle with the vice of your might crack the bamboo sticks.

Step 2: Cut Nineteen 15 Cm Size Bamboo Sticks

Cut nineteen 20 cm size bamboo sticks with a saw.

4 for house walls and 15 for the roof.

You can use a vice to hold the bamboo stick. Be gentle with the vice of your might crack the bamboo sticks.

Step 3: Attach the Sticks With Raffia Pollot

You make the walls first.

Then you make the three parts for the roof and join those three parts later.

Then you attach the roof to the walls.
