Delicious Marshmellow Pudding Squares

These delecious squares would litrally melt in your mouth! There is one big drawback....You make it...It disappears! lol! The good news is it's easy to make, you cant go wrong :-)

Step 1: Supplies

3 egg whites

1 tsp gelatin

4 tbs sugar

2 drops of vanilla

Sugar sprinklers - optional

Step 2: Desolve the Gelatine

Mix gelatine with hot water.

Step 3: Beat It!

Beat egg white in high speed till it becomes soft peaks

While beating the egg white add sugar and gelatine mix. Add vanilla flavour too.

Add coloring if you wish and beat well till nice and peaky.

Step 4: Spread It

Pour it in to a dish and spread it.

Step 5: Sprinkle It!

This step is optional. I just thought to add it for a decorative touch.
These are sugar sprinklers I made. Very easy and quick to make yourself. You can add any sprinklers you want.

Sprinkle the sugar on your dish. Refrigerate the dish for 2 hours. Now cut in squares.

Step 6: Gift It!

Now gift it! This would be a wonderful hit at parties too.
