Step 4: Designing the Sink
i used the illustrator to draw the patterns, again inspiration just from google images :)
I uploaded the file with the patterns, *. format :
at the start i printed the patterns in normal paper, just to make sure that, everything fitted as it should :)
Step 5: Building the Sink
so what i did, is :
1- starting by using a white spray paint on the bowl, so i got a nice bagground, then i cut the patterns in printed on the vinyl and stuck then on the bowl.
2- i used a dril to cut a hole in the buttom of the bowl, and installed the outlet for the sink.
3- i mixed the resin and i coted the bowl with it ( 2 mm thikness or so ), the sink was then ready
Step 6: Building the Sink - 2
i removed the old sink, and build a rounded frame for my bowl, and installed it on the old rectangular hole for the old sink. and fixed the wooden panel with some screws to the kitchen board
Step 7: The Wall and Kitchen Board
printed my patterns on the vinyl and decorated the wall and the kitchen board.
the last step was to coat the board with resin to i can protect my patterns from water splashes .. et voila. it came to life :)
