Overview
Summer is in full swing and for many of us, this means the State Fair. The essential food item of the State Fair is food-on-a-stick. Here at Instructables, we wanted to combine the fun of food on sticks with the thrill of DIY; thus was born the Stuff on a Stick contest!
From hot dogs to deep fried twinkies, we want to see your best stuff on sticks. Its easy to enter: just submit your projects featuring food on sticks! We want to see the weirdest, grossest, yummiest and most interesting foods you can imagine - anything, so long as it's on a stick!.
We've got lots of fun prizes, so get started now. We're excited to see your projects. On sticks!
Multiples entries are accepted, but each entrant can only win one prize
International entries are accepted
Requirements
To enter the contest, publish a new Instructable showing how to make something yummy on a stick! As long as it can be eaten and it's on a stick, it can be entered! Entries must be published during the contest period: July 26 - Aug. 22.
Create a new Instructable that fits the guidelines outlined in the contest description above. To be eligible, Instructables must be published between Jul 26, 2010 and Aug 22, 2010 (11:59pm PT).
Upon publishing your Instructable you'll see checkboxes for open contests. Select Stuff on a Stick Contest. If you have entries currently eligible for entry, it will also show up by clicking "Enter this Contest" on the right side of this page.
Entries are accepted by Instructables staff within one business day Monday - Friday. What matters is the submission time, not acceptance time.
A panel of judges made up of Instructables staff and respected members of the community rate the finalists. The averages of the ratings determine the winners.
When the winners are decided they will be notified and announced here on the contest page.
