SUNNLIGHT | Solar Lights does not use any
electricity to produce very bright light at night.
During the day the available energy from the sun is
harnessed by means of the photovoltaic process, and stored in a newly developed
battery. SUNNLIGHT | Solar Lights does not use any third party products
in its manufacturing process and therefore the product is unique. All our

Step 2: LED Light Source
SUNNLIGHT currently have the brightest and most efficient LED light source. The LED light is able to produce more than 135 Lumens per Watts! This extremely efficient light source is now combined and controlled with one of the best and most efficient solar powered LED controller in the world. The controller intelligently measure and readjust the working parameters to ensure maximum power transfer from the solar panels to the
battery and from the battery to the LED light.
Step 3: LENSES
SUNNLIGHT is using the best and most advance lens
technology to ensure that all of the light produces are focus on the point of
importance. Multiple lens configurations are available, ranging from spot, wide
and oval lenses. The color temperature of SUNNLIGHT was chosen where studies
have indicated an increased response time of road users under low light
conditions.
Step 4: Brackets
SUNNLIGHT Solar Lights LED’s are fully adjustable to
ensure best propagation of the light in all directions; multiple LED lights can
be added to extend the propagation 360 degrees around the center of the mounting
pole, additionally the LED’s can also be adjusted from 0 degrees down to 90
degrees up.
Mounting brackets for the solar panel are designed to
allow the best orientation regarding to the sun.
Step 5: Controller
The new integrated solar powered LED light controller
can measure up to 11 conditions ensuring that the solar light is always working
at its optimal designed parameters, allowing the use of a smaller solar panel.
Because of the extremely efficient light source the battery inside the unit is
also reduced without jeopardizing the lumen output of the light. All the
measured information can be used to remotely monitor the wellbeing of the
light.
The autonomy for the light under overcast and rainy
condition is 4 days, in the event of prolonged overcast conditions the
controller can activate a separate AC connected
LED driver circuit. The controller will switch back to solar if it sense
that the battery is fully charged again
SUNNLIGHT solar Lights are designed with an expected
life cycle of 20 years, of which the batteries will need to be replaced between
year 5 and 10.
