These you can find at craft shops like Hobby Lobby. That's where I found mine. It costs in between 25 cents and a dollar per sheet of felt but I don't know the cost of needles and thread. You will need one roll of thread, one needle, and four pieces of felt with two one color and two another.

Step 2: Lay Out Your Felt and Sewing Supplies.

Lay out your pieces of felt in any pattern chosen. Then put your needle on the thread and tie your knot to get it ready to sew. Or if you're using a machine set up the machine.
