Introduction: Cheese and Bacon Omelette

Hello everyone, today I just felt like making a nice omelette and sharing the experience with you. Sorry if that was a terrible intro, but that's the truth, lol. Anyway let's get started, enjoy !

Step 1: Materials

- 1 pan
- 1 can nonstick cooking spray (I used Pam)
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fork
- 1 plate (I used two just to make it a little easier)
- Cheese (I used mild cheddar)
- Spatula
- 2 bowls
- Bacon (as much as you want)

Step 2: Prep. Work

First you are going to want to grate your cheese (again I used mild cheddar but whatever you want is fine). Grate your cheese onto a small plate and transfer it into one of your bowls. I only grated about a handful of cheese cause I didn't want to over do it. But you can have as much as you desire.
Next you are going to want to cook your bacon. I used microwave bacon because it was all I had around but bacon in general is amazing so any kind you wanna use is just fine.
Once you've gotten your bacon cooked, put the pan on the stove and set the stove at a medium to low heat. That just about finishes the prep work, now to get cooking.

Step 3: Kiss the Cook

Now you are going to want to start cooking. Now crack your eggs and pour the yolk and whites into a bowl.
Now before you beat your eggs sprinkle some salt and pepper on them. For a little bit more flavor, then beat your eggs. Once you've finished, pour your eggs into the pan (stove should still be on a medium to low heat) and cook your eggs.
Don't add your extra toppings or fillings or whatever you prefer to call them until the eggs are cooked. You can tell when they're cooked when you push on the outer edges, it should be solid around the edges.
Now sprinkle on your cheese and add your bacon. I left the bacon whole just for times sake. Now flip your omelette in half and transfer to a plate.

Step 4: Bon Appétit

I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did, well maybe not cause I got to eat it right after ; ). Thank you for viewing my 'ible and please leave a comment and subscribe. Oh and by the way, the omelette goes great with toast and raspberry jam (home made is the best) and orange juice.
