Introduction: Foolproof Blender Panna Cotta

About: I'm a musician, crafter, dessert lover and proud grandma.

If you want to make a delicious dessert without a lot of effort, this one is perfect. Unlike other panna cotta recipes, this one is way faster to make, there's no need to heat the milk and wait until it boils without making a mess, to stir it, and even clean up is way easier.

And if you're like me, who lack patience when waiting for dessert to be ready, this panna cotta will take 30 minutes to thicken, instead of the 6 hours other recipes take.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 can of evaporated milk

190gr cream cheese (one bar, room temperature)

1 tbsp vanilla

2 tbsp unflavoured gelatin

1/2 cup water

Optional:
2 parts of Blackberry or raspberry jam diluted in 1 part of water.

Step 2: Prepre the Gelatin

In a microwave-safe bowl, put the water and sprinkle the gelatin, stir. Wait three minutes until it gets solid.

Step 3: Blend

Meanwhile put in the blender the milks, vanilla and cream cheese in small pieces, blend until smooth.

Step 4: Melt the Gelatin

Put the solid gelatin in the microwave for 5 seconds, stir and if it's not completely liquid, put it back into the microwave for another 5 seconds. Stir again.

Repeat if necessary. It usually takes me two times to get it liquid but it will vary depending on your microwave.

Turn on the blender and slowly pour the liquid gelatin. Blend until well mixed.

Step 5: Into the Fridge

Once everything is mixed, pour into small glasses or cups and put them in the fridge.
Wait 30 minutes for the panna cotta to set.

Once cool, garnish with the jam.
