How to Decorate a Diya's

Diyas or clay lamps are widely used during Diwali time. Diwali is an Indian festival which is celebrated in many countries. On this special day, people light their homes with Diyas but they are made of clay and don't in particular are appealing to look at. If you want to spice up you diya , so today I am going to decorate a diya.

Step 1: Materials Needed

1. One diya
2. water colour
3. brushes
4. one glass of water

Step 2:

First of all take a brush and dip in pink water colour and dip in glass of water and paint in the inside part of diya.(see in picture)

Step 3:

Now take a thin brush and dip in red water colour and paint inside the design.(see in picture)

Step 4:

Now take a brush and dip in white water colour and paint it and also do on the down part.(see in picture)

Step 5:

Now take a thin brush and dip in the glitter water colour and paint it.(see in picture)
