Introduction: Rainbow Panna Cotta Popsicles

About: Mom of 2 kids, Food Blogger, Foodie :)

Panna cotta is an Italian dessert, which is made with whole milk or cream, condensed milk and gelatin. It is vanilla flavored Panna cotta, I have added food colors for the layers. My kid loves popsicles, instead of setting this dessert in dessert jar, I used popsicles mold. I am so glad of the output, each layers are visible, not merged and it is soo delicious.. Try this out, it is so fun to make and perfect for summer :)

Step 1: Ingredients

2 cups of whole milk, divided
1 cup of condense milk
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
Food colors

Step 2: Method

Take a cup of milk and gelatin in a saucepan. Mix well.

Cook and stir on medium low flame until the gelatin dissolved completely.

Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix all well and remove the saucepan from flame.

Now add the remaining cup of milk and condense milk, combine all together.

Divide the mixture equally in 6 bowls.

Add few drops of different food color in all bowls and mix.

Step 3: Freeze It

Pour a colored mixture equally in all popsicle molds and freeze it for 15 minutes.

Once the bottom layer set, add another layer of colored mixture in all molds and freeze again.

Repeat the process until u reach the top of mold.

Freeze the popsicles for 4 hours or overnight.

Once it completely set, just pass the mold under the tap water for some second. Pull the popsicle from the mold.

Serve Immediately :)
