I print it using ABS filament but u can use other material that can survive in the hot temperature course by weather or by the lamp...

Step 1: Choose the Suitable Projector Lamp

Find the suitable lamp for your headlamp, I use two duromoto GP1 and stack them to become one lamp.

u can measure using 3d obj I have listed or u can modify the enclosure.

Step 2: Demon Eye

there are a lot of demon eye LEDs u can choose from, just pick one that is suitable for u combine it with a 59 mm lens, and stack it together

Step 3: Threaded Knurled Brass Insert Nut Round and Bolt

i'm using

M3 4mm Threaded Knurled Brass Insert = 8

M6 8mm Threaded Knurled Brass Insert = 4

M3 10 mm Bolt = 8

M6 10 mm Bolt = 4

Step 4: Assemble It Into One

using hot iron solder, place the Threaded Knurled Brass Insert and assemble it together

Step 5: Finishing

for good results, I use putty and burn it several times starting from sandpaper grid 180, 350, and 600 then after that, I paint it with surfacer paint and paint it with paint that matches your vehicle. but if you want it stronger, I suggest adding fiberglass and resin on the inside to make it stronger and painting it with epoxy surfacer paint on the outside

and the result u can check this video
