Introduction: All Day Breakfast Wrap

Ok so here's to a deliciously nutritious and wholesome wrap that is perfect for those rushed mornings when breakfast is 'to go'.

Warning: this is pretty filling!

Step 1: Ingredients

-Wraps
-Muesli
-Yoghurt
-Peanut Butter
-Jam
-Banana

The receipe is super adaptable, you can try different flavoured yoghurt, jam, muesli or fruit. Fresh berries work really well with this, as does honey as a replacement for jam.

The quantities of the ingredients are also to your personal preference, for each wrap I'd suggest 3 tablespoons of muesli, with equal parts yogurt.

Step 2: Make Your Yoguesli

Mix your desired quantities of yogurt and muesli in a bowl, you want a gloopy texture but dense enough that it won't run.

Step 3: Slice That Banana

Slice your banana, I used about 5 slices per wrap, add more if you want the wrap to be more substantial.

Step 4: Spread the PB

Add your desired amount of peanut butter, I prefer the crunchy variant but it's your choice.

Add a little extra PB to the edge of the wrap, where it will be folded over and it will act as a good adhesive, keeping the contents on the inside.

Step 5: Add the Remaining Components

Spoon some of the Yoguesli in the middle of the wrap, add the banana and chuck on some jam.

Step 6: Wrap That Wrap

If you're like me and hopeless at wrapping a wrap so the contents don't leak out, there are some great videos on YouTube that show you several ways!

Cut and serve, or wrap it up in tin foil/film and eat on your journey.

I'm certain you'll enjoy this, and be bold, try mixing it up a bit. Chocolate spread works a treat with the PB and experiment with diffetent fruit. If you're onto a winner, post your filling ideas below and let us all try it.

I would much appreciate your vote in the Dorm food contest, happy wrapping.
