Introduction: Arduino Speaker
Hello ladies and gentlemen, this instructable is about how to create you own homemade Arduino speaker.
We built a speaker that plays music with very high volume unlike others speakers that have low volume. With the Bluetooth module there is no need to make a code, you just need an app and you’re ready to go, but first before all that we need to measure the speakers so they fit in the holes you make and measure how big you want the speaker shell to be. Then once you did all that 3D print it on your 3D printer that will take about 8 hours to print so with that time connect the speakers to the Arduino and tested it out by downloading music on the Micro SD Card and use the Elegoo app to control and play the music. And there you go you have your own DIY speaker that plays the music you choose.

Step 1: Create 3D Design for Speaker Shell
We used TinkerCad but any 3D design application would work.
Step 2: Print the 3D Design in a 3D Printer
Start up the 3D printer and start printing. This should take around
8-10 hours.
Step 3: Connect Speakers to Arduino
Connect the wires to the pins where it says speaker 1 and 2.
Step 4: Put Arduino With Speakers in Shell
Make sure to be careful when putting the Arduino into the shell and make sure it fits.
Step 5: Hot Glue the Speakers to the Speaker Shell
Hot glue the outer part of the speakers to the speaker holes, make sure the hot glue doesn’t touch any of the wires on the speaker.
Step 6: Add Music to Micro SD Card
Use mp3 files to do so.
Step 7: Connect Phone to Speaker
Use the Elegoo kit application.
Step 8: Play Your Favourite Music and Have Fun!
At this point you have now made your very own custom speaker, now have some fun playing your songs that you picked.
