Introduction: Bachelor Chow - Mini Pizzas
Unlike some of my other Bachelor Chow offerings, this one requires the forethought to actually have the ingredients available. Watch for that to surface more and more as a theme here.
You can make these faster than you can heat any of the popular frozen pizzas or have one delivered.
Let's get started!

Let's get started!
Step 1: Tools and Materials Needed
Tools
Toaster oven
Baking pan
Kitchen timer
Oven mitt or pot holder
Materials
1 roll - Pillsbury Grands® Buttermilk Biscuits (make sure to use Pillsbury Grands® because as I've said many times before, these multi-billion dollar corporations pay me millions as a result of these instructables.)
1 Packet - Shredded Pizza Cheese blend.
1 Bottle - Squeezable Pizza Sauce
1 Packet - Pepperoni
Makes one dozen Mini Pizzas, approximately 50 calories each (like you really care).

Step 2: Pre Heat Toaster Oven
Pre-heat your Toaster oven to 400°
Step 3: Open the Biscuits
Peel the wrapper off the biscuit tube and it will rupture and pop open. Un-roll it and remove one of the biscuits.
Look closely and you will see that each biscuit is layered. Split each one into three roughly equal pieces.

Step 4: Lay Out the Biscuits.
Lay out the biscuit slices in a baking pan.
Step 5: Cheesilate!
Add a healthy amount of cheese to each slice.
Step 6: Add Some Saucitude!
Some folks will tell you to add the sauce first, but these are Chicago style Mini Pizzas, so the sauce goes on top of the cheese.
Step 7: Pepperonify!
You could actually use any topping you like here. Mushrooms, Olives, Ground Beef. The sky's the limit! You could even omit this step altogether, but I can't imagine why you'd want to do that.
Step 8: Cook It!
Set your timer to 9 minutes and pop it in the Toaster oven.
Step 9: Remove From Oven & Eat!
When the timer goes off. Take it out of the oven and chow down!
