Introduction: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Filet Limburger Stuffed Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
500g chicken filet
150g bacon stripes
100g sunddried tomatoes
200g limbuger cheese
3 spring onions
salt, pepper & paprika
muffin form
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the chicken in pieces and put them in a bowl. Add chopped limburger cheese, spring onions and chopped sundried tomatoes. Sprinkle salt, pepper & paprika to it. Now mix everything together. Cut the bacon stripes in half and lay them crosswise in the muffin shape. Now fill the form with chicken mix and wrap them with bacon. Turn the wrapped chicken so the bacon does not roll up.Fill the leftover in another muffin shape without bacon.
Step 2: Finish
Put both forms in the oven at 180 degress celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes. Then it is time to grab a few and enjoy.
