Introduction: Bacon and Egg Pie

The Bacon and Egg pie is the quintessential breakfast pie.

Here's how to make one.

Supplies

Pie tray
Puff pastry
6 eggs
6 rashes of bacon
1/2 cup baby peas
Some milk

Step 1: Line Pie Tray With Pastry

Line a suitable sized pie tray with puff pastry.

Step 2: Add Bacon and Eggs

Roughly cut 3 rashes of bacon and place in pie tray. Crack is 3 eggs.

Step 3: Add Peas

Add 1/2 cup of baby peas to pie tray.
Add remaining 3 rashes of bacon and crack in the remaining 3 eggs.

Step 4: Top It Off

Top the pie off with pastry.
Brush on some milk.

Step 5: Cook the Pie

Cook the finished pie in a pre-heated oven (fan assisted) at 200c for 40 minutes.

Consume with tomato sauce.
