Introduction: Baked Garbanzo Beans
If you have ever read how healthy garbanzo beans are this is for YOU!
I put these crazy "G" beans in as much as I can get away with, however my husband is not as big of a fan as I am:(
So, for Super Bowl I decided to make them a way he would actually like!

Step 1: Drain, Rinse & Dry
Start with a large can of garbanzo beans, drain the juice, rinse in a colander and pat as dry as possible ( otherwise they might not get crunchy enough)
Step 2: Adding Spice
Next pic your poison!
First coat these little guys in olive oil, I used about 2 table spoons and a pastry brush.
I also sprinkled with
~Himalayan Sea Salt
~Pepper
~ Cayenne Pepper
~ Chili Powder
You can change it up to your liking by using garlic salt and parmesan , or ranch packets.....go crazy!
P.S. I cant seem to turn this picture for some reason, sorry:(

Step 3: Bake Away & Watch Them Disappear!
Once you have all the seasoning you wish then lay them out on a baking sheet being careful to make it one big layer, then make for about 30 minutes at 350* or until crunchy... shake them or mix around during baking so they don't burn on the bottom.
YUM!
