Bracelet With Beads

It looks difficult but is easy to make - good looking - you can make your own variations with different colors of wax cord and beads - read the steps first then you can begin

Supplies

materials:

• wax cord, 3 cords of 55 cm (I use wax cord from 0,5 mm and 1 mm, it depends of how big the holes in your pearls are)
• beads, in the color you want.
• tape

tools you need:

• scissors

Step 1: The Start

First make a knot with the 3 cords at the beginning. Then start to make a braid of about 9 cm. Stop when you have braided about 9 cm and put down the cord as in the picture.

Step 2: Adding Beads

Now you start threading the beads. Look carefully at the pictures so you don't miss a step.

Look at the first picture. Take care that you thread the bead on the cord on the right hand side. Now take cord with the bead and put it over the middle cord. Take another bead and thread it on the cord on the left hand side. Again put the cord with the bead over the cord in the middle. Take a third bead and thread it on the cord on the right hand side. This cord you put over the middle cord again. Take care to keep the cord tight. So now you put the fourth bead on the left cord again, after this you keep doing the same routine. The pictures will help you. Succes :) Continu as long as you need your bracelet to be. The braided cords are used to tie it to your arm. So you don't have to calculate those when you determine the length.

Step 3: Finish the Bracelet

When your bracelet is long enough, you start braiding again. HOWEVER keep the cord tight, otherwise you will not get a nice braid. Braid about 9 cm, when you are done you make a knot and cut the rest of the cord. Keep a little bit of cord otherwise the knot will loosen easily. ENJOY your selfmade bracelet. :)
