Building Minature Log Cabin

I built Miniature Log Cabin. You can watch all steps of building wooden house. Hard work was to noch a various size logs.

Supplies

I chose to use fir wood logs that were collected fresh from the forest during the winter.

Step 1:

I shaved off the bark and put the logs in a pile to dry them a little.

Step 2:

I started cutting the first logs and building a cabin. Using carving chisels, it was possible to join the logs smoothly and precisely.

Step 3:

All logs are fixed with dowels.

Step 4:

Holes are cut for windows and doors. Windows and doors are installed.

Step 5:

I install the logs next.

Step 6:

Assemble the roof structures.

Step 7:

We lay the roof covering and install finishes.

Step 8:

Now its done!
