Introduction: CHOCOLATE CHIP FRAPPUCCINO (COFFEE) MUG CAKE

Step 1: MIX

1tsp Espresso Powder

2tsp Cocoa Powder

4tbsp Milk (Warm)

1 Large Egg

2tbsp Light Brown Sugar

2tbsp Caster Sugar

2tbsp Butter (Melted)

2tbsp Vegetable Oil

1/4tsp Vanilla Extract

5tbsp Self Raising Flour

2tbsp Milk Chocolate Chunks

+ Whipped Cream / Melted Chocolate / & Extra Chocolate Chunks

Add the espresso and cocoa powder to a bowl and cover with the warm milk. Mix well and leave to cool. Once cooled, add the butter, oil, vanilla, and egg. In a separate bowl, add the flour and sugar and whisk together. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined. Add the milk chocolate chunks and mix one last time. Pour the mixture into a large mug and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Once microwaved leave to cool.

Step 2: TOPPINGS

+ Whipped Cream / Melted Chocolate / & Extra Chocolate Chunks

Topped the cooled mug cake with whipped cream, melted chocolate and chocolate chunks.
