Summer has came.
The hot and humid day continues, so do you want to feel cool? Some people tried not to put on your air conditioner in order to save your electrical expense, but you don't have to that. Now, we showed how to make a fan by materials which is familier.
Step 1: STEP: PREPARE MATERIALS ＆TOOLS

・a PET bottle
・papier-mache
・copper wire
・battery box
・Two AA batteries
・motor
<Tools>
・pliers
・cutter
・scissors
・a mechanical pencil
・marker
Step 2: Step2: CUT PET BOTTLE
Cut one third from the top of the PET bottles. After cytting, improve the cut not to get hurt by using your scissors or scorching. Take care that you don't cut your finger! Although it is PET bottles, it is sometimes hard to cut it.
In the follwing steps, you should use a cutter knife. So you cannot be too careful.
Step 3: STEP3:MARK AND CUT PET BOTTLES
Draw 8 vertical lines at equal intervals. Following the lines, cut PET bottle.
Step 4: STEP4:MAKE SMALL HOLE AND PUT PAPER CLAY IN PET
To pass a protuberancea swelling of a motar through a hole, let's make a small holl. You don't have to mind what shape is, and where the hole is. Do what you want! But if the hole is too lower, you will have troubles to put a motor in a PET bottle.
Step 5: STEP:5 OPEN HOLE OF THE CAP
Drill a hole through a cap with something sharp. ( At this time, we don't have a drill, so we used a sharp pencil! If you use your favorite ones, you shouldn't do thCutat......)
Step 6: STEP6:CUT TWO FLOW LINES
Cut copper wire into suitable length with pliers. When you finish cutting, then remove vinly coating, about 10cm from the edge. And,you put two batteries into a battery box,then one is connected with the moator, another is connected with a battery box. If you buy a motor, it will already have two wire that one is blue, and another is red. However, it will be probably that those wire will cut because that can't withstand the pressure. So you should prepare two flow lines.You
Step 7: STEP:7 PUT SOMETHING IN PET BOTTLES
Let's put something in the PET bottle which is the residue at step2. At this time, we used paper clay considering the cost, but if you have something good such as marbles or tiddlywinks, it will look beautiful! To be located a motor at the hole which is made at step4, these padding materials is very important. That is also important as a scheelite.
Step 8: STEP8:CONNECT FAN AND a MOTOR
You should pay attention to the space between the body of this fan and a fan. This space is a little but is no space between them and frastical force is caused.
Step 9: STEP9:PAINT IT
Let's paint your work as you like. We think the color which you choose and use is bright blue or green because these color looks fresh and makes us feel cool, but this is a example.
Step 10: STEP10: ADJUST IT
Please check these points.
Did you curve the fan properly in order to get breeze? Did you connect the battery andlead wire correctly? Did you make a little space between the body of the fan and the fan in order to roll it smoothly?
You will behappy because you can spend your dairy life in summer comfortably by using this PET- bottle- fan.
