Introduction: Cantonese Rice Noodle Rolls

It is one of the most famous Cantonese snacks and breakfast. Today, I try to make some with rice and water and leftovers.

Step 1: Materials

Material:

1. raw rice: 50g

2 water: 150g

3: a little meat (you can select the food you want, I use shrimps here. )

4. Vegetables: boiled spinach (it taste better if you boiled spinach before you add it to the rice roll. You can also use lettuce or Chinese onions and others)

Step 2: Prepared the Rice Milk

Add the rice and water in a blender, grind rice milk.

Rice to water ratio is 1:3

Step 3: Prepare the Steam Pot

Add some water to the pot. and boiling the water to prepare the steam pot

Step 4: Add a Layer of Cooking Oil to the Plate

Step 5: Add the Rice Milk and Other Stuffing to the Metal Plate

Step 6: Steam 5 Minutes

Step 7: Roll the Rice Rolls With the Scraper, Put It on the Plate, Add the Sauce

Add a little sesame oil(or other oil) and some soy bean sauce. Now you can try it.
