Introduction: Cheddar Cauliflower Biscuits
I decided to make Cheddar Cauliflower Biscuits for my assignment in Mr. Weller' class and here are the steps! These are easy to make and a healthy alternative to regular biscuits!
Step 1: Ingredients
Get your ingredients (makes 12 muffins)
-2 cups of finely rice cauliflower
-2tbl of melted butter
-2 cups of grated cheese
-2 eggs beaten
-1tbl of onion powder
-1/4tsp of salt
-1/4tsp of black pepper
-1/2tsp garlic powder
-1/2tsp of baking powder
-1/4 cup of coconut flour
-2 cups of finely rice cauliflower
-2tbl of melted butter
-2 cups of grated cheese
-2 eggs beaten

-1/4tsp of salt
-1/4tsp of black pepper
-1/2tsp garlic powder
-1/2tsp of baking powder
-1/4 cup of coconut flour
Step 2: Blending
Using a blender, blend the cauliflower.
Step 3: Blending Continued
Add butter and cheese to the blender.
Step 4: Mixing in Spices
Take mixture out of blender and place in a bowl then add all other ingredients and mix.
Step 5: Making
Divide mixture into 12 muffin tin cups and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 6: Serve and Eat!
Take out your biscuits and serve them warm or cold!
