From Left to Right: #NailsbyMoi
1. Remove all nail polish & top with a clear basecoat
2. Paint nail with desired color
3. Spot nail with irregular circles with any color polish (different colors for ombré effect)
4. Paint black around the circles all different as shown in the picture
5. Fill in the spots with black dots & circles
6. Add glitter if you would like & apply topcoat
