Introduction: Chewy Snickerdoodles
These are delicious snickerdoodles. They're suuppeerr soft inside and just a little bit crunchy on the outside. And all the ingredients can be found in your cupboards. (:
Step 1: Ingredients
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Cinnamon sugar mixture-
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened

Cinnamon sugar mixture-
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Step 2: Mix Your Wet Ingredients
n a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars with a blender. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a seperate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
Step 4: Mix All Together
Blend in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Step 5: Chill.
Cover your bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Step 6: Preheat Oven & Coat
Preheat your oven to 300°. While it warms up, mix your sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip round tablespoonful balls into it and coat. Place coated balls slightly flattened on a greased cookie sheet or parchament lined pan. Place in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
Step 7: Done!!!
