Introduction: Cleaning Products Box

It is a box to transport the cleaning materials after checking in the "Saló Nàutic Barcelona" and throughout the summer that the people who were in charge of cleaning boats, carried all the necessary material in mop buckets.

Step 1: Laser Cutting

The first step is cut the different pices of the box with the laser cutting. (Use the file attached below)

Step 2: Assembling Your Parts

In this step, we must glue the pieces with high-resistance glue, it is a process that requires a lot of patience since there are many pieces in the prototype. After having glued everything precisely ensuring a functional result of the box, and that meets the purpose for which it was designed, it must be varnished with a specific varnish to protect the wood from water, since the box will store cleaning products for boats. and it is going to be used in a port. The varnish makes the box noticeably prettier once it dries.


Step 3: 3D Printing


In the third step, we must print the accessories on the 3D printer. These are: two side boxes for the cloths, one for the hose head and, in addition, some handles for the interior boxes. (Use the attached files).
