Cleaning a Fountain Pen

In this instructable I show you how to clean a fountain pen.

You will need:

A fountain pen

Running water

Ink

Paper towels

Step 1: Take Apart Your Pen

Unscrew the nib from the pen and take out the ink cartridge.

Step 2: Run the Nib Under Water

Run the nib under cool water until the water runs clear.

Step 3: Dry Off Your Pen

Very gently dry your pen.

Step 4: Fill Up Your Ink Cartridge

Fill up your ink cartridge with ink. I use a syringe.

Step 5: Put Everything Back Together
