Introduction: Climbing Trellis
A climbing trellis for an indoor starter garden. The plant needs to be rotated towards the light every so often in order to climb.
This came from something I saw at Disney world where they had tomato trees. I'm hoping I can get a small tree to form.

(1) 1" x 4' poplar dowel
(1) 5/16" x 36" dowel
Wood glue
(1) 5/16" x 36" dowel
Wood glue
Step 3: Measuring the Holes
Make the first mark at 1' on the 1" x 4' dowel, make a mark at 5" increments along the rest of the dowel.
Step 4: Drilling the Holes
Drill holes in the center of each mark, alternating all the way up the dowel (so that the climber rungs lie perpendicular to each other).
Step 5: Cutting the Climber Rungs
Cut the 5/16" x 36" dowel into 5" increments.
Step 6: Adding the Rungs
Sand the ends of the rungs.
Pound the rungs into the holes until they look even, apply wood glue, and let it dry.

Step 7: Thanks
Thanks for looking. I will post another picture if it actually works.
I want to thank Menards for all the supplies I used to create this project.
