Introduction: Creamy Dill Dip
All vegetables taste better when covered in this easy dip.
Step 1: Mix Base
Combine the following:
~2c sour cream
~1/2c mayonnaise
2-10 cloves garlic, grated
Mix and taste. The base should taste mellow, slightly sweet, with a little garlic bite.

Step 2: Add Seasonings
Combine the following:
1/2 onion, finely chopped
bunch dill, finely chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
dash of Worchestershire or soy sauce
salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
Stir and taste. Adjust seasonings as necessary. The flavors wll mellow and mingle if allowed to sit, so making this dip ahead and storing it in the refrigerator is preferable.

Serve with a selection of chopped fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, green beans, or jicama.
