Introduction: DALGONA COFFEE
Quick and easy Dalgona coffee.
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoon each of Instant coffee, sugar, hot/warm water.
Mix it well.
Whisk it for about 20 to 30 minutes till the mixture turns from dark brown colour to medium to light beige colour.
Keep a check on it`s consistency.
As it`s consistency turns frothy, take a glass filled with 3/4 amount of chilled milk.
Add ice (optional).
Pour our mixture over the milk.
Enjoy you Korean chilled Dalgona coffee.
