Introduction: DIY Coral Art From Hot Glue

Hello guys and welcome to our new Instructable.

Today we are going to make DIY Coral Art made from hot glue.

It can be used to decorate our home, offices, etc.

So let's start making it.

Step 1: Watch the Video...

Just follow the instructions in the video and make yourself an innovative home coral decor art that can be put just anywhere.

Step 2: Materials Required...

For making this project you need -

  • Some copper or iron wires
  • Hot glue gun
  • Acrylic paints
  • A pair of pliers
  • And a piece of wood or foam as a base

So let's get started...

Step 3: Transforming the Wire...

Take the copper wire and bend it in half. And then hot glue it to form a 5-7 cm long piece as shown in the images.

Copper wire should be between 3 to 10 inches long. ( Use random length of wires for more Awesomeness)

We may need around 12-18 pieces like such.

Step 4: Painting the Pieces...

Now take a piece and paint it of any color that you want. Do the same with all the pieces.

You can use different colors to paint them but we thought that a single color may give them authenticated look.

Step 5: Assembling the Pieces...

Now bundle the pieces in a group of three with the help of wires as shown in the images.

Them bunch all of them together and make it something like a tripod stand with the help of wires and pliers.

Now take the foam base paint it from white or from any contrasting color and then make a hole in its center.

Then hot glue the coral to the foam base as shown in the images.

Step 6: Completed...

Now your DIY Coral Art is ready.

You can use it to decorate anything ranging from showcases, rooms, drawers or old cabinets.
