Step 1: Wool,Balloon and PVA Glue

Take an inflated balloon and cover it with wool with the help of PVA Glue.Let it dry

Step 2: Silver Wire

Take a silver wire and shape it in a circle.Cover it with wool with the help of PVA glue.

Step 3: Ice Cream Sticks

Take some ice cream sticks and paste it on both circles with the help of glue gun

Step 4: Lamp Shade

Now our lamp shade is ready

Step 5: Golden Spray Paint

Now apply golden spray paint on the shade of our lamp

Step 6: Basket

Now take a basket with a hole in the center

Step 7: Electric Wire

Now pass the electric wire from the pipe and paste ice cream stick on the pipe with the help of glue gun

Step 8: Spray Paint Golden

Now apply the golden spray paint on the shade

Step 9: Joining the Parts of Lamp

Now pass the electric wire from all the parts of lamp and stick the basket in the end of pipe with the help of glue gun

Step 10: Ready
