Introduction: DIY Leather Screwdriver and Allen Key Pockets
I made this for the Leather Contest, and found inspiration when I saw a screwdriver on the floor.
Supplies
Material: Parrot Blue Leather, Felt, String, Hot Glue
Tools: Hot Glue Gun, Needle, Scissors
Step 1: Cut the Pieces
Cut some leather pieces, two of them should be identical.
Step 2: Sewing Part 1
Sew the screwdriver pocket/sheath together, making sure that there is an opening. (I'm just using scissors as an example to show that there has to be an opening)
Step 3: Sewing Part 2
Sew the funky-looking piece to the long rectangle, making sure that there is an opening. (Again, the scissors are an example to show the opening.)
Step 4: Gluing
Glue the screwdriver pocket to the rectangle, right next to the Allen key pocket, and glue a piece of black felt onto the inside on the Allen key pocket.
Step 5: FINISHED!
This project turned out pretty good, and now, that lonely screwdriver has somewhere to go! Please vote for this in the Leather Contest. Thanks for viewing!
