DIY Modular Olympic Lifting Platform

This week I built an Olympic lifting platform.  Our design is one half the size of a typical 8' x 8' platform.  This is because I don't have that much space available to dedicate to a full sized platform.  We also designed our platform to be modular.  It breaks up into three pieces.  This makes it easy to transport, easier to move with just one or two people, and easier to stow away if necessary.
