Hello guys! This is my first instructable and now i'm going to show you how you can decorate your pencils. Most of the materials needed are easily available in our house. It takes less than 5 mins to decorate these pencils. So, let's get STARTED!

Materials needed-

The materials needed for decorating the pencils are-

  • Pencils
  • Acrylic paint or Permanent markers
  • Embroidery floss
  • Flat crystal beads
  • Any extra decorative items (washi tape, glitter, etc.)

You may also need scissors and glue.

Pencils with crystal beads

Materials needed-

  • Pencils
  • Paint or Markers
  • Flat crystal beads
  • Glue

Step 1: Washi Tape Pencil

Materials needed-

  • Pencil
  • Washi tape
  • Scissors

Start sticking the tape in the pencil. Make sure that you start sticking the tape a little slanting way so that you can easily continue till the end. Cut off the excess tape with scissors. And it's completed!

Step 2: Pencil With Crystals

Materials needed-

  • Pencils
  • Paint or Markers
  • Flat crystal beads
  • Glue

First, color your pencils with permanent markers or acrylic paint. I used markers because it dries faster.

You can use your creativity to stick the crystals. I am just sticking the top part of the pencil. After sticking, let it dry completely before use. I left it untouched for a day.

Now, it's completed!

Step 3: Pencil With Embroidery Floss

Materials needed-

  • Pencil
  • Embroidery floss
  • Glue
  • Scissors

After coloring your pencil black, choose any color of embroidery floss which you like. I chose purple.

Now, apply glue in your desired pattern and stick the embroidery floss gently. Cut off the excess thread. The glue becomes transparent after drying. Leave it to dry.

Now, all your DIYs are completed! I left the pencils untouched overnight and they turned out awesome! Thank you so much for visiting the page and do follow me for more such DIYs.

Love,

Krisa
