Step 1: What Will We Need?
We will need to;
- 2 Plastic Bottles
- 2 Arduino
- 2 nrf24l01
- 1 Joystick
- 2 Battery
- 2 Breadboard(a big and a little)
- Waterproof Box
- 2 Motors
- 1 L298n Motor Driver
Step 2: What Do We Want?
- When we move the joystick to right, right motor works inside, left motor works outside and it will turn right easily.
- It will work with two motors and will be fast.
- When we leave from joystick, motors will stop.
Step 3: Paste the Parts With Hot Silicon;
- You should use hot silicon for paste them each other.
- We will paste bottles stick to the corners of the box.
- Close the covers of bottles.
- I used cantilevered motors, you should paste them stronger.
Step 4: Arduino Connections;
For Boat;
nrf24l01 to Arduino
• GND 1 ---- GND
• VCC 2 ---- 3.3V
• CE 3 ---- 7
• CSN 4 ---- 8
• SCK 5 ---- 13
• MOSI 6 ---- 11
• MISO 7 ---- 12
• IRQ 8 ---- not connected
L298N Motor Driver To Arduino
• IN1 ---- 5 -- Motor1Left
• IN2 ---- 6 -- Motor1Left
• IN3 ---- 9 -- Motor2Right
• IN4 ---- 10 -- Motor2 Right
(Place in order)
Warning: Connect Gnd s each other (motor driver and arduino) !
For Controller;
nrf24l01 to Arduino
• GND 1 ---- GND
• VCC 2 ---- 3.3V
• CE 3 ---- 7
• CSN 4 ---- 8
• SCK 5 ---- 13
• MOSI 6 ---- 11
• MISO 7 ---- 12
• IRQ 8 ---- not connected
Joystick To Arduino
Gnd to Gnd
5v to 5v
vrY to A1
vrX to A0
Step 5: Coding;
You can get the codes from this link;
