Hello reader,

This is a cheapest amplifier based on 8002 ic which is easily available in market.

Actually I found the IC in my old speaker but you can buy it online.

Cheap Bluetooth speaker or Aux speaker are based on 8002 IC.

Step 1: Open the Old Speaker

  • I have found my old speaker and it is not working properly may be there is mistake in circuit.
  • So let's disorder the IC or you can buy it online.
  • Search for 8002 IC in google.

Step 2: Requirements

  1. A 8002 IC
  2. A small zero PCB.
  3. Two104 (0.1uf) capacitor
  4. Two 10K resistor
  5. One 100K resistor
  6. A 3.5mm or 2.5mm audio jack
  7. A speaker of 4 ohm 2Watt.

Step 3: Solder IC

  • IC is not fit into the zero PCB So
  • Remove two pads as shown in image and
  • solder ic like spider shown in image.

Step 4: Circuit Connections

  • Connect the circuit as shown in image
  • I have replaced 47K to 100K to increase the Sound and it works greate.

Step 5: Done

  1. pack all the things in a beautiful box and it's done.
