Introduction: Delicious Gluten-Free/Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is amazing for fall and makes the most moist and delicious gluten free and vegan cookies!
Step 1: The Ingredients
You will need:
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Chick Pea Flour
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup of Agave
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Pumpkin Pure
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Chick Pea Flour
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup of Agave
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Pumpkin Pure
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix together the flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon
Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients
Combine coconut oil, agave and vanilla
Step 4: Combine Wet Ingredients and Dry Ingredients
Step 5: Add Chocolate Chips
Step 6: Bake
Place dough onto a cookie sheet using a spoon and bake for 8-10 minutes
