Introduction: Delicious S'mores Stuffed Cookies
These delicious cookies are a gooey goodness that will melt your heart! They will bring back memories of you sitting by the campfire enjoying S'mores. They're super easy to make and I'm sure you won't regret it!
Step 1: Ingredients
Yield: 1 dozen
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6-7 sheets of honey graham crackers
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup roughly chopped chocolate
2 cups mini marshmallows

Step 2: Preparation
1. Mix together both flours, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside
2. Break up graham crackers into small peices; be careful not to make it powdery. Set aside
3. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
4. Slowly add eggs one at a time, then the vanilla
5. Slowly add the flour mixture until just incorporated

Step 3: Prepping the Pan
1. Take a teaspoon of dough then make small indentation
2. Stuff 3-4 marshmallows into the indentation. Top with another 1/2 of cookie dough and press together until dough completely covers marshmallows
( repeat until all dough you want to bake is gone )

Step 4: Baking
1. Preheat oven to 350° degrees
2. Bake cookies for 8-9 minutes or until light golden brown
3. Once cooked, use spatula to immediately remove cookies from pan to cool
4. Serve immediately then enjoy!
