Introduction: Diy 3 in 1 3d Printer | Machine CNC Machine, 3d Printing Machine, Laser Engraving Cutting Machine
We will do it in parts Thi is PART 1 because it's covering alot of things but videos shows all parts in one you can use them instead....i mean whatever fits you is your best video are showing everything
Hey guys, briefly one of young age days have been wordering which machines are employed in production of 3d designing technology after doing alot of research I realized that 3d printer, cnc machine, laser engraver are the most employed in manufacturing companies and industries looking in there prices I was shocked that I could not afford purchasing one so I went for the say "if you purchase it make it" and you guessed it we are building it, in today's project we gonna build a 3 in 1 3d printer cnc laser engraver cnc machine all in one machine, so follow the steps and images keenly and build yours, too

Step 1:
Step 1 is to build the body, so grab your Allen key and 5mm screws together with your cnc cut parts I showed in the images that is the corner brackets insert the screws in the 5mm holes and use the aluminum extrusion, together with the t T nuts and assemble the body like in images

Step 2:
Step two is building the axis carriage, I I'll do that for three axis in the step 2 so have done x axis, y axis, and the axis to Vooid too long explanations
1 X axis
Take the x axis body part with you together with the screws, smooth rod bearings and screw them as per the image make sure they are friction free
To install the X axis in posit you need the z axis top and bottom holders as shown in the image so take them and install them on the body using 5mm screws and T nuts as shown in image
2 Y axis
Take the y axis part, the smooth rods bearings and screw the down and ensure that they are friction free to bearing from wearing out, this will be our bed where the work will be laid
After doing so there are stands parts as shown in the image install those on the body for you to install the y axis you need them for they hold the smooth rods as shown in images
For Z axis
Take the z axis two body parts as the printer is very big we are using two motors on z axis then add all the parts needed that is stepper motors for x axis, smooth rod bearings on both parts as shown in the images
