Introduction: Easy Chicken Stock
Step 1: Prepare Vegetable
Place onion, celery and carrots in bottom of pan.
Step 2: Roast Chicken
Place chicken on top of vegetables, drizzle with EVOO and season with salt and pepper. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60-90 mins.
Step 3: Roasted Chicken
Step 4:
Carve meat from bones.
Step 5:
Take a knee high stocking and a large cylindrical container.
Step 6:
Place knee high on container.
Step 7:
Place bones and roasted vegetables in knee high stocking.
Step 8:
Tie a knot on top of nylon.
Step 9:
Place in crockpot and top with cold water. Cook on low overnight.
Step 10:
Let cool. Remove nylon from stock. Discard nylon bundle.
Step 11:
Enjoy your stock without having to strain it!!!!
Step 12:
Can also use a rotisserie chicken with raw vegetables instead of roasting your own!!!
