Introduction: Easy to Make Healthy Breakfast

For this recipe you will need:

1 egg

1 half of an Avocado

Whole grain tortilla shell

fruits of your choice (I personally did an apple, orange and some blueberries)

Sliced bell pepper

Step 1:

Crack an egg into your bowl.

Step 2:

Pour your sliced bell pepper into the bowl with the egg.

Step 3:

beat the egg and bell pepper together.

Step 4:

Pour the mixture into your pan.

Step 5:

Put your omelette onto your tortilla.

Step 6:

add your avocado and spread it onto the omelette.

Step 7: Final

Finally, add your fruits and you're done.
