Introduction: Facial Using Cetaphil-Introduction
Simple steps to giving your self a facial at home without spending all that money. I use Cetaphil products they are a little pricey, it only takes a small amount so therefore the product lasts a long time.
Step 1: Step 1
Apply witch hazel to your face to get off any oil on your skin, the witch hazel opens up your pores.
Step 2: Step 2-5
Use only a white washcloth, and Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser- Mild , soap free formula cleanses without irritation- it won't strip skin of its natural protective oils or emollients. Gently massage a dime size amount of the cleanser into your hand and apply to your face and neck. I also get behind my ears with it. Then gently remove your cleanser by rinsing with warm water, no soap.
Step 3 You can exfoliate your skin but I don't because I have very sensitive skin. Use circular motions to gently rub off dead skin cells using a mild facial scrub.
Step 4 After kicking back and letting your face relax. Now is the time to give your face another splash with water or some toner applied with a cotton pad.
Step 5 The final step is to add some moisture into your newly refreshed skin. Moisturizers are essential for all skin types and will replenish any moisture that your skin has lost and will prevent any further loss. I apply Cetaphil Daily advance lotion moisturizer mixed with Organic Coconut oil to my face. I am not a make-up wearer but if you are one that wears it you can apply after these steps.
