Introduction: Finger Workout
This is designed to exercise your fingers and help you lift yourself up with your hands easier.
You will need:
2 small pumps
1 plastic tube
A bowl of water.
Step 1:
Take one pump and and fill it with water
Step 2:
Take the tube and connect it to both pumps make sure one is pushed in and one out.
Step 3:
Start to pump with your fingers.
