some stuff is so flimsy these days it pretty much breaks when you look at it even a bit more seriously (you get what you pay for - ?)
here a pin of an electrical plug came off.
do i get off the mountain to buy a new one? are you serious(ly) asking)?

the pin wanted to walk off into the world

Step 2: Are You Screwed?

find a screw about the size of the pin
,

Step 3: Now Digging:

get out the heavy machinery.
pilot some sort of hole (better under-done)

Step 4: Wing It
,
,
you can skip the pilot-hole, but then its a bit a pain in the youknowwhat
(looks like a cork-screw, but its not. all very sober here)

Step 5: Time to Drive It In
,
,
screw it in as far as you can
create a solid contact
,
,
Step 6: Now the Head...
,
,
off with it
,
,
Step 7: Done, ..... Plug & Play
