Introduction: Floating Shelves (Easy As 1, 2, 3)
Simple way of doing it.

Supplies
• Any piece of wood (to your liking)
• Threaded rod
(• High tack / Poly - caulking)

Step 1: Drilling
- use a drill that corresponds with the metal rod -
Drill 2 holes in the wood.
- measure the distance between the two -

Step 2: Cutting
Cut the threaded rod (I use an angle grinder)
Cut it to the length that corresponds to both lengths of the holes.

Step 3: Put It Together.
(with this step you can use the suggested caulking either in the al holes, some or none)
Now put the rods in the wall.
They could be a tad out of whack with the holes in the wood; make them fit in the wood (I've used an 🔨)
Align the holes in the wood with the rods, and jam em into each other.
(I've bend the rods in a way that it's not a flush fit; it clamps together now)
