You've seen it all, a giant toothpick, a giant match stick, a giant toothbrush , a giant Lego Darth Vader and giant LED's but have you ever seen a giant cotton bud???

Step 1: Materials

You will need:
a cotton bud
a straw
cotton balls
clear PVA glue (Polyvinyl Acetate)
water
scissors
a ruler (or other means of measuring)
and paint

Step 2: Masurements

first take the measurements. To do this cut the cotton bud in half and measure the diameter, then do the same withe the straw. Using your calculator divide the straws diameter by the cotton bud diameter, then take the answer (lets say 2.5) and that's your ratio (for example 2.5:1). then measure the length of your cotton bud and times it by, the straws diameter divided by the cotton buds (for example, the cotton bud is 10cm, you times that by 2.5). then cut the straw to that length.

Step 3: The Buds

To make the buds, get your cotton buds and stick your straw through them, then wet the cotton and mold it. Once you've got a shape you like cover it in a mix of clear PVA glue and a little warm water (so that the glue spreads throughout the cotton bud). Now leave it out to dry and do the same on the other side. I then painted one side to make it look like it was covered in earwax.

Step 4: Finished

Now go beat those pesky ear wax things!!!???!!!
umm... uhh... yhea....
