Introduction: Gluten-free Banana Bites
This 4-ingredient recipe makes delicious high protein mini bites without added sugar and without gluten.
Supplies
Ingredients:
1/3 cup chocolate chips.(optional)
1 cup oatmeal.
1/4 cup and 1 Tbs Adams peanut butter
2 very ripe bananas.
Step 1: Prepare
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Your Ingredients
Mash the bananas until the consistency of pudding. Then add the oatmeal, chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
Step 3: Shape Your Bites
Scoop with tablespoon and put on baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 min.
Step 4: Enjoy
