Introduction: Green Pepper Salsa
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of chopped cilantro
1 Green pepper (cut in pieces)
1/2 Red Pepper (cut in pieces)
1 Med Onion (cut in pieces)
3 Tbsp wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 jalapeno pepper (seeded) or more if you like it really hot !
Dash of olive oil
Step 1: Directions:
Put everything in blender until everything is chopped and well blended. Store in a mason jar in refrigerator. You can make more and add to this salsa as it gets low. Enjoy !
