Gun Cleaning Stand

This is a quickly improvised gun stand made from a wooden hand screw clamp.

Step 1: Clamp

Find a wooden hand screw clamp.

Step 2: Drill

Drill a hole in the bottom of one side.

Step 3: Dowel

Cut a dowel that fits into the clamp hole.

Step 4: Bench Dog

The dowel should also fit into a bench dog hole somewhere on your workbench.

Step 5: Stand

Place the dowel in the dog hole and in the clamp.

Step 6: Perch

Clamp the butt of the gun to ready for maintenance.
